Matt was one of the original team members involved with Class Appraisal upon it’s inception in 2009. During his tenure Matt has been involved in every part of the operation, and most of his time has been spent leading the Assigning and Appraiser Relations departments. During his tenure, Class Appraisal has built and grown its appraiser panel to over 14,000 partners who have helped Class provide the very best turn times, service and quality in the industry. Matt has a BBA in Business Administration from Baker College and has over 12 years experience in the industry.

John oversees the Regulatory Compliance and Legal functions of Class Appraisal, as well as Quality Control on the operational end. In his role, an emphasis is placed on obtaining the equilibrium of compliance, efficiency, and quality, by reinforcing the idea that minor improvements create great change. With this, Class is continuously improving the overall quality of work delivered, and in turn expediting turn-times to Clients. John is a licensed Attorney and Real Estate Broker. He received a BA from Wayne State University and a JD from Western Michigan Cooley Law School.

Lisa was an early team member in the company’s startup. She has over 28 years of accounting experience and manages the Accounting Department. Lisa assists with vital Human Resource needs and ensures that Class Appraisal’s financial systems are efficient and well organized. Lisa received her ASD from Oakland College.

Since helping to start Class Appraisal as its first employee in 2009, Jon has played several key roles throughout the company. His primary focus now is planning and leading the company’s growth initiatives. Under Jon’s direction, Class’s Sales & Marketing Team helped the company grow by over 250% since the start of 2016. Jon and his team are planning for even bigger growth and success in 2018 and beyond. Jon credits the continued growth to the company’s dedication to constantly improve and find new ways to make their processes better. Jon graduated with a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University and has been a State Licensed Appraiser in the State of Michigan since 2002.

Through his leadership and coaching, Michael promotes a positive work environment throughout all of the Client Service Department. While training on exceptional customer service, he coaches his team members to become a better version of themselves that want to succeed and grow. Under Michael’s direction, he pushes his team to ensure all forms of communications with our clients are answered fast and efficiently. Michael’s leadership focuses on building character and work ethic to assist in the advancement of his team members.

As the Manager of Team Member Services, Susan is dedicated to providing the best industry training to our new hires and is committed to creating an exciting and engaging workplace for the team. Under Susan’s direction, not only has she trained 74 new hires, but she continues to collaborate with each team member to enhance their learning and growth at Class Appraisal. Susan has a BS and an MA from Central Michigan University.
