Status/Reception

Day in the life…

No wallflowers here! As Reception/Status you will be the first person a client talks to or sees, you are “that guy”! First impressions are key and we want to make a phenomenal first impression. You are good at multi-tasking? Great, you can use your skills to operate our multi-line phone system while monitoring, answering, and transferring calls to the appropriate party, providing status updates and answering questions for our callers. Let’s not forget providing status updates through email, monitoring our Infobox, and routing voicemails to the appropriate team members. This is a super-fast paced, jam packed position that will ensure your day flies by.

Here’s some other skills we look for:

  • High school diploma or greater
  • You must be a customer service guru
  • Do you know how to use a computer? Because typing and navigating Microsoft Office is a must
  • Make sure you know your basic high-school grammar rules too as part of seeming credible through written communications means knowing the difference between to, too and two

Key Account Manager

Day in the life…     

Do you like taking control and managing your work? Perfect, you’ll fit right in. Our Key Account Managers, or KAMs, make sure things can, do, and will go the way they should with client orders. KAMs each manage their own pipeline and daily ques. When clients call in and say they want to speak to their Account Manager, the KAM takes over. They build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with our clients. Key to success in this position: time sensitivity! Whether it’s helping the client place a new order, taking payments, providing updates, or completing out the order, they are there every step of the way. They hold the client’s hand through their whole order, figuratively speaking. Also, if you like a little friendly fire, there’s enough nerf guns to go around.

  • Relevant account manager experience is a plus

Assigning Specialist

Day in the life…

Buying a home is an exciting time in our lives! Like the steps to buying a home, our first step starts with assigning. Our Assigning Team is the dream team. Once an order comes in, our Assigning Team takes the order and matches up our highly skilled appraisers to the client’s order. With exponential growth of our company comes a sense of urgency, while paying very close attention to detail. We look for key details on orders to make sure we give our clients the best experience possible. To toot our own horn, we use state of the art technology and software to determine pricing and have an interactive user friendly website for our appraisers. We take pride in what we do, and the Assigning Team is the first step to a wonderful partnership.

  • Communication! You are communicating with appraisers and clients each day, whether it’s messaging, emailing, or calling we need people who are great speakers, and great listeners
  • Attention to detail is a must

Vendor Specialist

Day in the life…

We have a special team dedicated to building and maintaining a relationship with the appraisers on our panel. Whether it’s finding new Appraisers to conduct business with, or continuing lasting relationships with existing Appraisers on our panel, the Vendor Specialists make sure we work with the best of the best in the appraiser world. They are the primary contact for finding and enrolling the greatest, qualified residential Real Estate Appraisers to our database, which means they know the Appraisers better than anyone. Vendor Specialists make sure that Appraisers know how to use our Appraisal Scope system and help them where help is needed. Not only do they build long lasting relationships, they monitor daily reports from our database to make sure every team member is updated with our workload statistics.

Quality Control – Frontline

Day in the life…

You like puzzles, you master multitasking so well that you’re probably doing calculus while reading this, you look over all the knitty gritty details, and you crush deadlines. Use your appraisal knowledge, take some calls, be a problem solver, and you’ve got yourself a job! Our QC Team is always ready for challenges and they resolve them like a champ. We rely on our QC Frontline Team to resolve concerns, send out lender/client revision, deliver files/documents to our lenders/clients, and assist with post-closing needs. All while directly responding to calls and emails that require their knowledge and expertise. Think you’re a good fit? Perfect, no worries, our QC Frontline Team will teach you to become a juggling connoisseur.

Quality Control – Specialist

Day in the life…

Our Quality Control Specialists are experts in our client’s specific needs. They work closely with our client’s underwriters to insure those needs/requirements are fulfilled. They take pride in their thorough USPAP, appraisal, and underwriting knowledge. Be on this team and we’ll turn you into a report reading mastermind! Our QC Specialists enjoy a calm and quiet environment so they can devote all their fired up energy to auditing reports. You should feel slightly anxious spotting inconsistencies in the appraisal report, and quick enough to pull out your red Sharpie, advise the appraiser what needs to be adjusted, and send it out for revisions. Paying meticulous attention to detail will get you far as a QC Specialist, we’re talking pulling out your magnifying glass and fine toothed comb to review and evaluate reports. Bring it on!

Reconsideration of Value – Specialist

Day in the life…

When our clients look to provide additional information for consideration, they go through our Reconsideration of Value Specialists (“ROV”). These are the guys that know the ins and outs of appraisal reports. We like to think of them as our appraisal geniuses. They love coming in to work to oversee and resolve conflicts all day long. Not only do they have extensive knowledge about appraisals, they act as a mediator between the client, appraiser, and all necessary departments. You like filtering through information for bits and pieces? Perhaps you’re one of those “find-the-needle-in-the-haystack” kind of guys? Get a kick out of in-depth audits of appraisals? Good, that’s a start. Not only will you be overseeing major disputes between appraisal reports, you’ll also be assisting the Chief Staff Appraiser to ensure quality, work with all of our departments with any compliance concerns, and assist in resolving escalated files. If you think you’ve got what it takes, we want you on our team!
