Appraiser of the Month
I have been in the appraisal arena for about 18 years. I enjoy it much more than I ever imagined. I like meeting different people on a daily basis and the challenges that the job entails. The flexibility of the job allows me to spend time with my family. We can often be found at the park playing on the swings, making crafts or at the beach.
If I could eat one type of food or dessert every day and not suffer and consequences whatsoever, what would it be?
This is easy- Reese’s peanut butter cups. There is something about the chocolate and peanut butter mixture that taste so amazing. Great now I am craving one.
Do you sing in the shower? If so, what’s your go to song?
The shower? No but….. since I am in the car so much I do sing like a crazy woman there. I tend to listen to the “oldies” (gosh that kills me to write) station.
My go to song is by KC & the Sunshine Band called “Give it Up”- Don’t laugh it is a great song.
Most famous person you’ve met?
When I was a teenager I worked as a waitress and Dee Snyder (from the band Twisted Sister) came in for food. I also met Stewart Copeland (from the Police) while working there.
Where is my favorite spot in the world?
Definitely the beach- I live less than a mile from the beach but I don’t go as often as I like but when I do it feels heavenly. The breeze, the soft sand, the music playing on the boardwalk, the kids with melted ice cream on their faces, kids playing in the sand, families spending time together-what a beautiful scene.
What is my greatest accomplishment?
My greatest and proudest accomplishment are my kids. I really have been blessed with such amazing kids and grandkids. They make me so happy my heart feels like it could burst.
